Looking for Housemate in ASHBY, Western Australia for sale

We currently have a house in hocking and need another housemate to join us in our fun under the sun.
The house is located right down the street from the new Hocking shopping centre, its about a 5 minute walk, or a 10 second drive if you are lazy like we are.
Currently we have a couple and another male living in the house and we are looking for another girl to move in (just to balance it out). There is myself and my boyfriend, i am an apprentice pastrychef and my boyfriend is a bartender who is currently studying law at Ecu. The other roommate is a male who is a entrepreneurial investor (otherwise known as hobo). We are all 21 years old and would prefer someone around the same age (19-24).
We need someone who is able to pay rent on time ($125 pw plus bills, which will be split evenly between all roommates), clean and tidy, not allergic to animals and easy going.
The photo has a bed in it but if you want to bring your own furniture we can remove it.
